This policy explains what information HireLead Outreach collects, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to our work with creators and brands.
Who we are
HireLead Outreach ("HireLead", "we", "us") is a creator partnerships and sponsorship sales agency. We are the data controller for the information described on this page. For any question about this policy, or about information we hold, email partnerships@hireleadoutreach.com.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us, we receive your name and email address, along with anything you choose to include — channel links, audience information, campaign briefs or commercial details.
- Business contact information. In the course of sponsorship outreach we collect and hold professional contact details for people in marketing, brand and partnership roles, taken from public sources, company websites and business networks.
- Creator and campaign records. Where we represent a creator, we keep the working records needed to run outreach and manage sponsorship conversations.
- Website usage. This site sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and carry on our correspondence with you.
- To provide sponsorship sourcing, outreach, qualification and partnership services.
- To introduce relevant opportunities between creators and brands.
- To keep records of our business relationships and meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal data, share it with data brokers, or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Our legal basis
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests for business-to-business outreach and correspondence — contacting people in professional roles about partnerships relevant to their work — and on contract where we are providing services to you. Where consent is the appropriate basis, we ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary: with a creator or a brand when introducing or progressing an opportunity, with the service providers who run our email, file storage and website hosting, with our professional advisers, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Correspondence and business contact records are kept while there is a commercial reason to hold them, and deleted when there is not. Records relating to concluded partnerships are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Security
Information is held in access-controlled business accounts with reputable providers. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold and to limit who can see it.
International transfers
Some of our service providers operate outside the UK and EEA. Where information is transferred, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.
Email partnerships@hireleadoutreach.com and we will action the request. Opt-out requests are honoured permanently — we keep a suppression record so the address is not contacted again. If you are in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
