The site is information, not an offer

The pages here describe our services in general terms. They do not form an offer capable of acceptance, a guarantee of results, or a binding agreement. Any representation, introduction or partnership arrangement takes effect only through a separate written agreement setting out scope, commercial terms and duration.

No guaranteed outcomes

Sponsorship outcomes depend on brand budgets, campaign timing, audience fit and commercial negotiation, much of which sits outside our control. We do not guarantee that outreach will produce offers, that any particular brand will respond, or that a given deal will be agreed.

Commercial terms in outline

HireLead works on a performance-led basis. There is no monthly retainer. Fees become payable on sponsorship opportunities that HireLead originates, on terms agreed in writing with the creator in advance. Creators retain final approval over every partnership. Arrangements are agreed individually and are not necessarily exclusive. Nothing on this page varies the terms of a signed agreement.

Your responsibilities

If you contact us, please do not send confidential material you are not free to share, and do not use the site or our email address to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content, or unsolicited bulk marketing.

Intellectual property

The HireLead Outreach name, logo, site design and written content belong to HireLead Outreach and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission. Creator and brand names, where they appear in correspondence, remain the property of their owners.

Third-party links

Where the site links to another organisation, we are not responsible for that organisation's content or practices.

Availability and liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided on an "as is" basis and may be changed or taken offline at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the site, and for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
